Since you didn't read, and the goal was to read and to wrote about what you read, you need to read adn write about what you read. What better place than on your blogs? READ through chapter 5 in the book, then write three paragraphs on your blog:

(1) Explain the relationships between the characters in these chapters.

(2) Explain two different settings in these chapters. What are their similarites and differences?

(3) Identify and explain one symbol, metaphor, or other use of figurative language in this reading.

Please complete this before the end of the unit. We will have another quiz on chapters 6 & 7 Monday, so don't fall too far behind.
